1. Delivery:
- We send parcels via DPD or GLS courier.

2. Order fulfillment time:
- 24h on business days from the moment the payment is credited to the account or the option 'cash on delivery' is selected.
The cash on delivery option applies only to shipments within Poland.

3. Shipping costs in Poland:
- Shipping costs are fixed and amount to PLN 15 net.

4. Shipping costs abroad:
- Shipping costs are fixed and amount to PLN 80 net.
We do not send cash on delivery abroad.
Shipment takes place only after the entire amount has been credited to the account.

5. Delivery time:
- In Poland, up to two business days after the date of posting.
- Within European countries from 2 to 7 working days from the date of shipment.

6. Shipment insurance:
- All shipments are insured, in the event of damage to the goods, a damage report should be drawn up immediately at the courier. Only on this basis can we apply for a refund from the insurance, and thus a refund for the ordering party.
